I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for making the purchase of Poco Loco III possible. At first we were a bit concerned about buying a yacht so far away (nearly 2000 miles) and also from a different country. From such a long distance away it is very important to be able to trust someone to do things as promised. So far APACA has taken care of every detail quickly, professionally and also with a nice friendly attitude.
When we decided to sail Poco back to Holland, we first had a lovely maiden trip from Hyeres to Alicante where our delivery crew was waiting to battle with the 'Portugeese North'….Facing very strong headwinds all the way to Corunna, they also faced 35+ knots of winds in the Golf of biskay, from the SW this time, so they only took 2 days to cross.
Damage report: unravelled stitch in UV-strip Jib and a broken wine glass…. "Go simple, go large!" :-) .
The boat has now arrived at our marina, where we will be sailing the dutch waters this year.
We feel that we have the ideal boat now, so don't expect a next transaction with us for a while.
