" In 2005 we bought NICOLENE a Lagoon 380 as our first boat. We have been delighted with her. She suited perfectly our programme of coastal cruising in the Mediterranean with family and friends - providing the safety, comfort and performance we were looking for. For the first 4 years we took advantage of APACA's charter management scheme which was a great help in finding a berth and maintaining the boat, as well as, offsetting much of the costs. Then in February 2009 we sailed her to Malta where we now live. Crossing the med in February with winds at times of up to 40 knots and 4 to 5 meter seas, she impressed us with her sea worthiness.
Now 5 years on, we have taken our next step and moved up a notch to SANTA CLARA, a Lagoon 400. With APACA's help we have fitted her out with the equipment we want for our first transat. As I write this at the end of November, we are sat waiting for a favourable weather window to depart from Hyeres to sail her over to the Caribbean where we will spend the winter cruising from one island to another.
For us the 380 has been great. We expect the 400 to be even better."
